Health care work agencies are registering only with DIAL. This is not a license. Agencies will not get a registration file or certificate. DIAL will send an e-mail confirmation to the company contact once the registration type has been finished and the $500 fee has been paid. Each healthcare work company is required to report the hours worked in long-term care facilities by qualified nursing assistants (CNAs) in their use.
